Full Job Description

Milestone Achievements ABA is seeking an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Alpharetta, GA. The position requires collaboration with a BCBA supervisor, adherence to ABA principles, preparation for sessions, and accurate data collection.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement ABA therapy principles.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and log all hours and data accurately.
• Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• Excellent customer service skills, especially towards clients and their families.
• Personal means of transportation.
• Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
• Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families.
