Full Job Description
Milestone Achievements ABA is seeking an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Tifton, GA. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
- Other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
- Team player, providing excellent customer service to clients and their families
- Personal means of transportation
- Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
- Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families
