Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with clients, implementing behavioral plans and providing individualized support to promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program implementation
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team members to ensure seamless collaboration
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share knowledge, and receive supervision
- Adhere to Yes ABA Therapy's policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of quality care and services
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work part-time, with flexibility in scheduling
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in record-keeping and program implementation
Pay
Competitive salary range of $25 - $30 per hour
