About the role
Camen Behavioral Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Central Florida. We offer a variety of service settings including in-home, school-based, and clinic environments.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions
- Turn everyday moments into learning opportunities
- Help children build communication, social, and life skills
- Support positive behaviors using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
- Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
Qualifications
- RBT Certification (or interested in becoming certified)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and actively engaging with children
