About the role

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make a real impact in the lives of children. We offer a range of service settings including in-home, school-based, and clinic environments across Central Florida.

Service settings

  • Clinic Locations: Orlando (Lake Ellenor Clinic), East Orlando (Waterford Lakes Clinic), Kissimmee (Kissimmee Clinic), Davenport/Poinciana Region
  • In-home, school-based, and private school partnerships in various regions

What your day will look like

This is an active, hands-on role where connection and creativity matter. You'll work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions, turning everyday moments into learning opportunities. You'll help children build communication, social, and life skills, support positive behaviors using ABA strategies, track progress, and celebrate meaningful wins. You'll build strong relationships with clients and families.

Qualifications

  • RBT Certification (or interested in becoming certified)
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background Requirements: Must successfully pass a criminal background check

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, and actively engaging with children
