What Your Day Will Look Like
This is an active, hands-on role where connection and creativity matter. Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions, turn everyday moments into learning opportunities, help children build communication, social, and life skills, support positive behaviors using ABA strategies, track progress and celebrate meaningful wins, and build strong relationships with clients and families. Some days are high energy. Some days require patience. Every day brings growth — for your clients and for you.
Qualifications
- RBT Certification (or Interested in Becoming Certified) — preferred, but not required. If you're not certified yet, we'll support you through the process — including competency assessments and access to a 40-hour training program.
- Certification Requirements Update: If your RBT certification under the 2nd Edition was not completed by December 31, 2025, you will need to transition to the BACB 3rd Edition standards, including completion of the updated 40-hour training program.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Background Requirements: Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable sitting, standing, and actively engaging with children
