About the role

Camen Behavioral Services is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to make a real impact in the lives of children through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our service settings include in-home, school-based, and clinic environments across Central Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children through play-based, engaging sessions
  • Turn everyday moments into learning opportunities
  • Help children build communication, social, and life skills
  • Support positive behaviors using ABA strategies
  • Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families

Requirements

  • RBT Certification (or interested in becoming certified)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, and actively engaging with children
