About the role
Budding Futures provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in the Denver, CO area. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
- Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
