About the role
Budding Futures provides in-home ABA therapy to children and families in Denver, CO. As an RBT, you will deliver therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, and support parent training goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
- Paid training
