About us
Milestone Achievements ABA is looking to hire experienced RBTs for in-home ABA therapy services. We pride ourselves on helping children on the Autism Spectrum reach their full potential.
SCHEDULE
Available times are between 3:30 - 7:30 PM
Job Requirements
- Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification (active)
- Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
- Personal means of transportation
- Seek feedback, supervision, and ongoing training
- Prior experience in ABA
- Compassion and patience towards children with disabilities and their families
