About the role

As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 in their home or community, helping them build the foundations of a more connected and regulated life. Support children during meaningful time together, bring to life personalized growth plans crafted by your Clinical Partner (BCBA), help families feel heard, included, and cared for, and track progress simply and clearly—no overwhelming systems. Share your voice and ideas—and expect them to matter.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 in a child’s home or community
  • Support children during meaningful time together

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Lived near Midland, TX and have reliable transportation
  • Drawn to the idea that your presence could help a child build an entirely new life

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with children and families
  • Passion for supporting individuals with autism
  • Experience working with children in home or community settings
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
