About the role
Budding Futures is a Denver-based ABA provider dedicated to delivering life-changing therapy to clients and their families in the comfort of their own homes. We're seeking a talented and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
- Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
- Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Have experience working with children
- Possess reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification (HOURLY)
