About the role
Budding Futures provides high-quality in-home ABA therapy to children and families in Beulah, CO. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 therapy under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized treatment plans, and support parent training goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Pay
$24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
