Make a real difference as an RBT—one child at a time. Aim Higher ABA is a growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This RBT role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company. Make a lasting impact as an RBT supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Work closely with experienced BCBAs who design and supervise all RBT treatment programs. Join a positive, growing team that values and supports its RBTs. Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family’s convenience. We have multiple locations and are happy to discuss other RBT opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as an RBT in homes, daycares, and community school settings
- Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
- Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
- Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license required.
Pay
$20.00–$30.00 per hour
