RBT Registered Behavior Technician

Aim Higher ABA is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing, compassionate ABA therapy provider team. This role is ideal for individuals who want meaningful work, strong clinical support, and growth within a supportive company.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, daycares, and community school settings
• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs
• Collect data and submit session notes accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for clients
• Complete other RBT-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) License required

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00–$30.00 per hour
• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time RBTs

Aim Higher ABA provides in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy focused on child-centered, compassionate care. All RBT programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and scheduled at the family's convenience. We have multiple locations and are happy to discuss other RBT opportunities.
