RBT - Paid Training and Support Provided

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum in in-home settings
• Document sessions accurately and follow policies and procedures
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community members to support treatment goals
• Participate in training and maintain ethical standards of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Engage children through fun, educational activities to promote learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred
• Current CPR certification (BLS, American Heart Association)
• Ability to communicate effectively and proficiency in computer use
• Age 18 or older
