About the role
Provide behavioral health services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments.
- Train and supervise clients and their families in implementing these plans.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Document client progress and outcomes in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience with data collection and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
