Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Candidates must successfully obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services. We provide the training and support needed to earn your certification.

Schedule & setting

• Services are provided in clients' homes and community-based settings
• Part-time positions
• Candidates should be willing to dedicate at least six months to changing the lives of our clients
