Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) work closely with our patients to provide an unparalleled level of service through compassionate and knowledgeable care, in combination with the intensive nature of our individualized program. Pay

• Starting Pay $16.25 - $24.50/hour
• Non-certified BT's join EBH at the starting rate with the potential for increases every 6 months
• Up to $24 per hour for experienced and certified RBTs, based on experience and tenure in the field
• Growth Opportunities: Performance reviews every 6 months, with potential for compensation increases! Clear career advancement tracks for team members at every level Paid supervision towards BCBA certification
