Compensation & Career Growth
Starting Pay: $16.25 - $24.50/hour
Non-certified BT's start at the base rate with potential for increases every 6 months.
Experienced and certified RBTs may earn up to $24 per hour based on experience and tenure in the field.Growth Opportunities: Performance reviews every 6 months, with potential for compensation increases!

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach
Absorb and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans provided by the BCBA
Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly
Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient
Physical Requirements
Moves or transports up to 50 lbs
Runs or walks throughout 6-8 hour sessions
Responds quickly to manage behaviors
Seated on the floor when needed for patient
Transitions from seated on the floor to standing quickly to respond to aggression/severe behavior
Bends or twists to utilize physical management
Maintains physical holds for aggressive patients for extended periods of time when needed
Hears and discerns sounds in the environment, including the ability to respond promptly to patients' needs and actions
Has sufficient visual acuity to quickly read and interact with an iPad Mini, including the ability to view text, images, and video content on the screen, often within 10-minute spurts
We’re Looking For
At least 18 years of age
Completed high school or equivalent education
Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred
Willingness to be trained in ABA principles
