Duties Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disordersImplement behavior intervention plans, and follow specific protocol designed by the BCBAAccurately collect data on client progress and behaviors during sessionsProvide direct support and care to clients, focusing on improving their behavioral skills and overall quality of life.Educate and support families on behavior management techniques to promote positive outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders and BCBA to adjust treatment plans as neededCommunicate professionally with clients, BCBA and stakeholders.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and recordsAdhere to Lumino ABA policies and procedures. Qualifications Must pass background check and Level II fingerprintingHigh School DiplomaActive RBT certification from the BACBActive Medicaid Provider IDReliable transportationExperience working with childrenHigh degree of professionalism and commitment to punctualityStrong communication skills to work effectively with clients, families, and a multidisciplinary teamAbility to maintain confidentiality in all interactions Nice-to-Haves: Bilingual (Spanish)Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related fieldKnowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniquesAvailability for full-time (25–35+ hours/week) Apply now with your resume!
