Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow within a supportive and mission-driven ABA company.

Pay

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team
• CPR certification preferred
