About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing evidence-based ABA therapies under the supervision of our trained and certified BCBA(s). Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing ABA programs, including skill acquisition, problem behavior reduction, and generalization across settings
- Monitoring and recording client progress, using various assessment and data collection tools
- Working collaboratively with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Providing support and guidance to families and caregivers to ensure successful treatment outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans
