RBT for 15 y/o Girl (M/T/Th/F 3:30-5:30, W 1:30-3:30)

About the role

BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring paraprofessionals (RBT/BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes for children with autism or developmental delays. The role involves working with a 15‑year‑old girl with autism in Maricopa, AZ, delivering play‑based therapy designed by a licensed BCBA to build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence.

Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with kids in their homes using play‑based ABA techniques.
• Follow step‑by‑step treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Track progress during each session via an easy data system on phone/tablet (training provided).
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow technicians to maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to families about session outcomes and celebrate small wins.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (e.g., SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Schedule

Location: client's home in Maricopa, AZ. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3:30 PM–5:30 PM; Wednesday 1:30 PM–3:30 PM. Flexible part‑time scheduling; you can indicate your availability and we’ll match you with clients.
