RBT (Mon & Tue 4-7) For 15 y/o Boy With Mild Autism

About the Role

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a 15-year-old boy with mild autism in his home in Tolleson, AZ. This part-time, flexible opportunity is ideal for supplementing your current job or school schedule.

Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 4:00 – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in their homes using play-based ABA techniques.
• Follow step-by-step treatment plans designed by a licensed BCBA.
• Track progress during each session using a simple data system on your phone or tablet.
• Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow paraprofessionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback to families about session progress and celebrate small wins together.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (e.g., SPED Para, 1:1 Aide, Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, or autism-related roles).
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.

Pay

$21–$26/hour based on experience.
