RBT Earning $26 to $30 an Hour

About the role

Ahead ABA is hiring a certified RBT to support children with autism in and around College Park, home of the University of Maryland. We have room for someone to take on two cases. Your work will happen in the family's home, one child at a time.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the treatment plan set by your BCBA.
• Run each session with patience and energy.
• Note how the child responds so the team can keep improving the plan.

Requirements

• Hold a current RBT certification.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Clean background check required.

Qualifications

• Any background in ABA or autism care is a bonus.

Pay

Pay runs from $26 to $30 an hour based on experience.

Schedule

Because this is a two case role, it works nicely alongside school or another job.
