About the role
Ahead ABA is growing in Silver Spring and Montgomery County, and we are hiring a certified RBT to take on two cases. This is in-home work with children with autism, close to where you live. Two cases means a lighter, flexible load.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one therapy in the family home
- Follow the plan your BCBA builds
- Keep clear notes on each child's progress
Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable vehicle
- Caring, steady approach with kids
- Background check (part of hiring)
Experience with autism or ABA helps but is not a must.
Pay
The pay is $26 to $30 an hour depending on experience.
