RBT Earning $26 to $30 an Hour

About the role

Ahead ABA is looking for a certified RBT to join our team in Hyattsville and the surrounding Route 1 area. This role is built around two cases, offering steady, meaningful work without a full schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a child with autism in their home.
• Follow the plan created by your supervising BCBA.
• Lead each therapy session.
• Track the child's progress.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation to family homes.
• Pass a background check.
• Demonstrate genuine care for kids.

Qualifications

Experience with autism or ABA is welcome but not required.

Benefits

Pay

$26 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

Schedule
