RBT/Child Interventionist - Part Time

About the role
We are looking for passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism. This role involves working directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home but also in schools and our centers), to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, play, and waiting. Sessions are made fun through play-based activities. Training is provided to ensure confidence in instructing children affected by autism.
The best fit for this role is someone outgoing, energetic, and friendly who enjoys making a full-time impact in a child's life while working part-time.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children and families in their natural environments (home, school, or centers).
- Teach children affected by autism essential skills through play-based activities.
- Bring calm, protection, and happiness to families and children.
- Collaborate with families to foster a joyous and supportive environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School diploma.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
- Love and passion for working with children.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
- At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
- Positive attitude and strong people skills.

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.
Schedule
- At least 3 weekdays with the same availability.
- Daytime Shift: 8 AM - 4 PM.
- Evening Shift: 3 PM - 7 PM.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs.
- Ability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
