About the role
Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team. This is an exciting part-time opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children and families affected by autism.
Responsibilities
- Teach young children affected by autism essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting through play-based activities.
- Work directly with children and families in their natural environment, including homes, schools, and Butterfly Effects centers.
- Offer training to all staff to ensure they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism.
- Ensure sessions are fun and engaging for the children.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School diploma
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet)
- At least 3 weekdays with same availability
- Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

Pay
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications
Schedule
- Daytime Shift: 8AM-4PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12PM-6:45PM
- Evening Shift: 3PM-7PM
