About the role

Butterfly Effects' Mission is to make a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families by hiring passionate, caring people to serve children and families affected by autism. We are looking for passionate ABA Registered Behavior Technicians to teach young children affected by autism.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home but also in schools and our centers) to teach them how to communicate, share, play, wait, and other essential skills.
  • Teach through play-based activities.
  • Offer training to all staff to feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism.
  • Ensure the session is fun and engaging.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma.
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • A love and passion for working with children.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
  • At least 3 weekdays with same availability.
  • Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.

Qualifications

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications.

Schedule

At least 3 weekdays with same availability. Daytime Shift: 8AM-4PM.
