About the role

Olive Branch ABA provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents with autism, helping them develop essential skills while supporting their families. We are seeking dedicated bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record accurate data during sessions.
• Teach social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and families.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to ethical standards.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification (required).
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• Minimum one year of experience in ABA or working with children with autism (preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional, responsible, and empathetic attitude.
