RBT Bilingüe (Español/Inglés)

About the role

Olive Branch ABA is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver individualized ABA services in Elgin, Texas. Our team works with children and adolescents with autism, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized ABA therapy.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data during sessions.
• Teach functional and communication skills.
• Implement behavioral intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families.
• Complete documentation accurately and professionally.

Requirements

• Active and current RBT certification.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Pay

$20–$23 per hour, based on experience.
