About the role

Hidden Talents ABA is seeking a talented Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Bacliff, Texas. In this role, you will work with a diverse range of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using evidence-based techniques to improve their communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and supports to address the individual needs of each client.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior using various tools and software.
• Collaborate with our team of BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, caregivers, and other team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices.

Pay

Competitive hourly salary ranging from $19 to $24 per hour.
