Rating Specialist / Technical Lead

About the role

Responsible for leading the development and maintenance of pricing and rating systems using Earnix Rating platform for Property and Casualty insurance. Integrates Earnix with Guidewire or similar platforms and defines rate monitoring frameworks including KPIs, drift thresholds, and alerts. Ensures documentation standards for pricing rules and validations are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of pricing and rating systems using Earnix Rating platform for Property and Casualty insurance
• Integrate Earnix with Guidewire or similar platforms
• Define and implement rate monitoring frameworks including KPIs, drift thresholds, and alerts
• Ensure documentation standards for pricing rules and validations are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement platform operating models and decision cadence

Requirements

• 8-10 years of overall experience with pricing or rating platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Earnix Rating platform for P&C pricing/rating
• Proven experience integrating Earnix with Guidewire or similar platform
• Experience defining and implementing rate monitoring frameworks (KPIs, drift thresholds, alerts)
• Experience with documentation standards for pricing rules and validation

Preferred Skills

• Strong data validation and premium reconciliation experience
• Experience defining platform operating models and decision cadence
