Technical Quality Specialist

About the role

Figma is growing its team of technical specialists to support the Product Support team. The Technical Quality Specialist will troubleshoot complex bugs, interact with customers, and recommend improvements to enhance the Figma experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Figma's products and customer journeys
• Diagnose and resolve complex bugs with Figma customers
• Engage with customers on social media and community platforms
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Recommend tooling and process improvements
• Act as a subject matter expert for documentation and training
• Identify trends and communicate insights to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms
• Consultative communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences

Qualifications

• Experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, Framer
• Ability to read and write Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, German, or French (optional)

Pay

The annual base salary range for this role is $45.20—$80.30 USD. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.

Schedule

This role can be held from one of Figma’s US hubs or remotely in the United States.
