Rate Clerk

Responsibilities

• Rating bills
• Answering high volume calls on a multi-line system
• Redirecting calls to appropriate contacts
• Working directly with clients and internal departments
• Auditing invoices for corrections
• Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Ability to type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well organized
• Must be computer literate
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills
