About the role

This position turns data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a territory-specific business/account plan focused on increasing disease awareness and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet shared business objectives.
  • Analyze competitive market dynamics to execute effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain proficiency in disease states, patient experiences, and product knowledge.
  • Leverage technology and resources for market analysis and opportunity identification.
  • Navigate the healthcare landscape to enhance patient and clinic engagement.
  • Execute strategies aligned with a specialized selling model in rare diseases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in rare disease, immunology, renal, oncology, or hospital account management.
  • Proven track record of surpassing financial and qualitative targets in a sales environment.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and business acumen with a passion for patient advocacy.
  • Ability to analyze data to identify trends and insights for effective customer engagements.
  • Experience in fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory standards compliance.

Pay

$132,000 – $205,395 annually.
