Rare Cardiac Access Care Manager Texas

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
• Conduct patient needs assessments to address access barriers
• Career among healthcare providers and ensure continuity for patients
• Act as an expert on reimbursement and payer policy
• Guide healthcare providers through prior authorization and coding processes
• Deliver training on patient access resources and reimbursement processes
• Develop account-level strategies to enhance patient access across the board

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, 9 with Master's, BSN or Rph
• 1+ year in Access and Reimbursement support role
• 3-6 years of Specialty Pharma experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical/Biopharmaceutical sectors or Provider/Carrier Networks
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, payment systems, and co-pay assistance programs, especially in Rare Diseases
• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills, with proven collaborative leadership abilities
