Rare Cardiac Access Care Manager Northwest

Responsibilities

• Lead patient journey from enrollment through therapy initiation and continuation
• Conduct needs assessments to identify coverage and logistical barriers
• Career coordination across healthcare providers and sites to ensure timely therapy initiation
• Serve as a reimbursement expert on payer policy impacting therapies
• Guide the prior authorization process and support resolution of challenges
• Develop and implement access strategies to improve patient access at account-level

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles, 9 years with masters, BSN or Rph
• 1+ years in access and reimbursement support role
• Minimum 3-6 years in specialty pharma, preferably in biopharmaceuticals or provider/carrier networks
• Strong understanding of reimbursement and government payment systems
• Exceptional communication and strategic planning skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a compliant driving record
