Responsibilities

- Perform mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment
- Secure and stabilize job sites to prevent further damage
- Load, maintain, and track tools and materials
- Communicate clearly with your team and customers
- Follow all safety and company standards
Requirements
- Have handyman, construction, or labor experience
- Enjoy physical, active work and being on the move

- Respond quickly to emergency calls (water, fire, storm damage)
- Perform mitigation work including water extraction, demolition, and cleanup
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment
- Secure and stabilize job sites to prevent further damage
- Load, maintain, and track tools and materials
- Communicate clearly with your team and customers
- Follow all safety and company standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work rotating on-call shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Experience in restoration, construction, or similar field preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
- Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and in varying conditions
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Comfortable working with cleaning and restoration agents
