Responsibilities
- Assessments and creation of housing plans
- Auxiliary with housing searches
- Completion of HUD inspections
- Cohort move-in coordination
- Ongoing case management focusing on budgeting, income, employment, and self-sufficiency
- Rental and utility assistance coordination
- Accurate documentation in HMIS
- Participation in team meetings and community coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- At least one year of experience in human services
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
- Valid NYS drivers license with a clean driving record
