Range Support Technician

Overview

Element has an opportunity for a Range Support Technician to join our expanding team. This role supports and increases the flow of testing through the facility, performing tasks such as shipping, package receiving, sample identification and preparation, and managing digital files. The Range Support Technician must be proficient in safety protocols, adhere to testing standards, and possess strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and increase the flow of testing through the facility on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform dedicated shipping and package receiving.
• Sample identification and preparation.
• Prepare and set up test materials, including ballistic gelatin, armor panels, and firearms.
• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment.
• Full responsibility for warehouse organization and flow of product to and from test ranges.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and adherence to testing standards.
• Physical ability to lift test materials and operate equipment safely.
• This role is expected to be 75% standing and moving throughout the facility.
• Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Element proprietary systems.
