Position Overview
Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) supports Headquarters Air Combat Command (HQ ACC) Airspace, Ranges, and Airfield Operations Division (A3A) and Resources and Budget Division (A3R) by providing technical, logistical, and operational support. IAS supports Foreign Military Sales (FMS) through foreign military participation in U.S.-hosted exercises.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical and analytical support to the HQ ACC/Airspace, Ranges and Airfield Operations Division (A3A) and ACC/Test and Training Division (A5T) staffs in the development and integration of requirements into existing and/or planned systems.
- Aid in planning documents and activities such as investment needs, various acquisition activities, requirements development, requirements prioritization, and developmental planning.
- Evaluate operational capabilities and address operational needs for range capabilities.
- Provide development, analysis, and process assistance in all PIM activities.
- Assist A3A Program Managers (PMs) with the development of division funding packages, including Range Budget Initial Distribution, Annual Execution Plans, unfunded requirement validations, travel requirements, draft DEAMS documents, etc.
- Create and maintain program documents and files such as spreadsheets, databases, briefings slides, and correspondence.
- Advise ACC/A3A and ACC/A5T on operational, logistics, and technical issues, transition strategy, project schedules, program plans, and other time-sensitive documents.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years’ experience in USAF MAJCOM or higher in Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) developing Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Command level Financial Execution Plans
- Secret Clearance required
