Ensure Range Safety - Enforce all safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure shooting environment for guests and staff
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Provide personalized experiences and exceed guest expectations
Educate and Assist Guests - Use product knowledge to help guests choose the right firearms
Maintain Range Equipment - Perform routine inspections and report necessary repairs to management
Uphold Cleanliness Standards - Complete and document daily cleaning tasks to ensure a professional and well-maintained range
Support Training & Development - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in developing fellow range officers
Aid in Range Events - Help coordinate and execute competitions, private bookings, and special events for a seamless guest experience
Drive Revenue Growth - Promote range memberships, special events, and training programs to increase engagement and sales
Execute Range Officer Duties - Oversee range operations, assist guests, and enforce safety protocols during shifts

Firearm Safety Expertise - Strong knowledge of range safety rules, firearm handling, and emergency procedures
Range Operations Experience - Prior experience working in shooting ranges(a +), enforcing safety protocols, and assisting guests
Passion for Shooting Sports - Enthusiasm for firearms and shooting sports, with a desire to help out shooters of all experience levels.
Strong Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests, build rapport, and provide top-tier customer service
Sales & Goal-Oriented - Motivated to achieve sales targets and promote memberships and training programs
Team Player with Initiative - Ability to collaborate effectively while also being proactive and self-motivated
Flexible Availability - Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours as needed
