Ranch Hand Quality Inspector
Overview
Lippert is relocating its RANCH HAND Shiner and Beeville, TX locations to Seguin, TX. The initial role will be based in Shiner, TX with a targeted relocation date of September 2026.
Responsibilities
- Use gauges, coordinate measuring machines, scales, and vision to inspect products.
- Generate spreadsheets for data collection.
- Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.
- Interact with department management, production and other inspectors as needed.
- Daily communication with supervisors and operators on potential defects.
- Test incoming/outgoing materials.
- Send bad product back to production to be fixed, before allowing product to be shipped out or used in production.
- Help pack products into shipping containers as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Work with Quality Supervisor and production team to develop more efficient processes and higher quality standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Manufacturing/industry experience.
- Mandatory: Quality inspection experience.
- Mandatory: Experience using measuring instruments.
- PREFERRED: 2 yr degree in a related field.
- Eligible to work for any employer in the United States.
