Ramp Resource Planner
What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee daily ramp operations by coordinating manpower in real time and ensuring efficient flight handling through communication with Frontier resources and internal teams.
- Act as the central communication point for ramp operations, providing real-time updates to leadership and monitoring assigned radio channels for operational coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols in line with company and industry standards, while proactively identifying and reporting operational deficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including airline station managers, airport staff, and government agencies, to maintain seamless ramp operations.
- Perform other ramp duties as needed, including working outside, operating motorized equipment and engaging in physically demanding tasks in confined spaces.
What We Are Looking For
- Prior Ramp/aviation experience required
- Advanced computer skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, employment history, and Custom Seals
- Able to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
