  • Campaign, Briefing & Asset Operations:
    • Own the development and management of clear marketing and creative briefs, ensuring alignment to business objectives, product strategy, and channel requirements.
    • Oversee execution readiness for omni-channel campaigns, including site experience, email/SMS, social, digital marketing, in-store signage, and partner collateral.
    • Coordinate timelines and dependencies for creative strategy, asset development, photoshoots, content creation, and execution kickoffs.
    • Ensure all assets and deliverables are downstream-ready for launch across channels and retail partners.
  • Process, Budget & Operational Excellence:
    • Manage marketing project management tools, trackers, and operating cadences across initiatives.
    • Partner with Directors and senior leaders to manage budgets, timelines, resourcing, and prioritization.

    • Document and apply learnings to improve process efficiency, speed-to-market, and execution quality.
    • Support the evolution of marketing best practices across FOBs and retail partners.
