Ralph Lauren Brand Marketing Sr. Manager, Influencer Strategy, North America
About the Role
Support the Lead, NA Brand Marketing, Content & Influencer Strategy and Head of Global Influencer Relations Strategy as a dual-report role. Lead development and execution of North America influencer programs aligned to seasonal campaigns, organic always-on community focus initiatives, Gold Star initiatives, product gifting, and key brand moments.
Translate activation & organic strategy into actionable influencer plans, talent briefs, and campaign roadmaps. Develop talent frameworks that align NA influencer participation to campaign objectives, channel needs, and audience priorities. Partner with Content, Media, CRM, Retail, WHSL, Performance/Affiliate Marketing, and Global teams to ensure influencer activations are integrated into broader go-to-market plans.
Responsibilities
- Support look + creative reviews with agency and design partners
- Lead new influencer talent discovery and advise on partners and invitees proposed by external agencies, publishers, and other sources
- Identify new opportunities, emerging platforms, and cultural moments relevant to Ralph Lauren consumers
- Manage influencer budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and performance tracking and campaign recaps
- Support influencer contracting in partnership with in-house Legal counterparts and Global Influencer team
- Oversee experiential influencer integration in NA, including creator participation within brand activations and events
- Establish reporting frameworks and insights to measure influencer effectiveness and inform future planning within North America Marketing Strategies
Requirements
- Knowledge of influencer, entertainment, fashion industry, and social media channels
- Experience with Influencer/Social Monitoring Platforms (such as Lefty) – preferred
- Experience with Influencer Affiliates (such as ShopMy, LTK)
- Experience with administrative tasks (invoicing, expense reporting, travel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- An exceptional level of confidentiality
- A collaborative mindset and resourcefulness
- Knowledge of North American consumer trends, cultural moments, and the evolving creator landscape
- Experience working within global and regional marketing organizations, translating global strategies into locally relevant opportunities
