About the Role

The Brand Image Manager, Boston is responsible for delivering best-in-class product presentation, creative rigging, and styling in all store environments across women's, men's, and kids' stores. This role manages floor moves and seasonal floor mapping across all brands, ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives and in-store execution. Acting as a key partner to store directors and department managers, this position drives collaboration and training while applying a strong business lens to balance brand integrity with strategies that drive client engagement and store profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the planning and execution of seasonal floor moves and floor mapping for all brands in their home store and regionally as needed.
  • Supports rigging, styling, and logistics for interior and window changeovers for the home store and regionally as needed.
  • Partners with store directors and department managers to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with brand standards.
  • Trains and mentors store sales teams and Brand Image direct reports within the metro area, fostering creativity and accountability.
  • Supports marketing initiatives, ensuring elevated presentation and execution for high-profile events and product launches.
  • Provides feedback to cross-functional partners to continuously improve presentation standards and operational processes.
  • Participates in special projects requiring flexibility to work outside normal business hours and the ability to travel to other stores within the region.
